Our HD series spiral bevel gear unit is composed of a pair of spiral bevel gears. It has a regular hexahedron shape, which makes it easy to install in different ways. Our gear unit features a motor power of 0.12KW~160KW, a rated output torque of 3N·m~1000N·m, and a gear ratio of 1~5.

Our gear unit features a housing material of HT250 high-strength cast iron, housing hardness of HBS190-240, pinion material of 20CrMnTiH, gear material of 20CrMnTiH, surface hardness of gears of HRC58°~62 °, gear core hardness of HRC33~40, input/output shaft material of 40CrMnTiH, input/output shaft hardness of HRC25~30, machining precision of gears being accurate grinding, 6~7 Grade, lubricating oil of L-CKC220 (GB 5903-95), and efficiency of 98%. The gear unit has a noise level of 60~68dB, temp. rise (MAX) of 40°C, temp. rise (oil) (MAX) of 50°C, vibration of ≤20µm, and backlash of ≤20Arcmin. The bearings used are from top Chinese brands, such as C&U, LYC, TMB, and other brands as requested, while the oil seal brand is CTY— ZheJiang or other brands as requested.
